Director of Corporate Operations & People Strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and champion high-impact enterprise people operations, talent acquisition strategies, and employee lifecycle management for a rapidly scaling workforce.
- Design standardized operational workflows, internal compliance governance, and corporate performance appraisal frameworks.
- Lead human resource initiatives including competitive total rewards benchmarking, employee benefits design, and employee engagement surveys.
- Oversee HRIS implementation (BambooHR, Workday), digital record automation, and seamless executive onboarding processes.
- Direct workplace culture programs, leadership coaching, and continuous professional development roadmaps.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
- 6+ years of senior-level corporate operations or HR business partner leadership in high-growth professional services or tech firms.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR professional certification preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local labor legislation (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA).
- Exceptional interpersonal empathy, strategic vision, and data-driven people analytics orientation.
