Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise financial planning, budgeting, multi-year forecasting, and financial variance analysis across global operating divisions.
- Direct monthly, quarterly, and year-end GAAP financial close, consolidations, and external audit governance.
- Partner with C-suite leadership to provide strategic capital allocation recommendations, M&A due diligence, and margin optimization models.
- Oversee treasury management, cash forecasting, tax compliance frameworks, and internal controls under SOX 404 guidelines.
- Drive digital transformation of financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Workday Adaptive Planning) to automate reporting pipelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or MBA in Finance / Corporate Accounting.
- 7+ years of progressive corporate controllership, FP&A leadership, or Big 4 public accounting experience.
- Deep mastery of US GAAP, SEC financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and debt covenants.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional finance teams in fast-paced mid-market or Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Exceptional executive presentation ability with advanced financial modeling capabilities in Excel and BI platforms.
